The landscape of a music career has changed dramatically and today more than ever before, musicians need an entrepreneurial spirit and a broad skill-set to realize their dreams. The Road of Creativity’s Music Entrepreneurship Retreat is a five-day immersion into the fundamentals of music entrepreneurship. Participants will engage in innovative training sessions designed to expose skills and attitudes imperative for success in today’s music world. Pedagogues will come away with a recognition of the significant issues, strategies, and best practices concerning entrepreneurship education in music programs.
This retreat will arm musicians, ensembles and pedagogues with tools that complement a formal music education, better preparing them to create sustainable and fulfilling careers. Join us for sessions including:

* defining goals and self-examination
This one-of-a-kind retreat features artists, experts and entrepreneurs from Road of Creativity, D’Addario and the University of South Carolina. Also featuring the PRISM Quartet as workshop clinicians.

$900 (Tuition, meals and a double, dorm-style room (shared bath)
$950 (Tuition, meals and a single, dorm-style room (shared bath)
$475 (Tuition only - registrant is responsible for all of his or meals and lodging)
