2011 ISYM Saxophone Camp with Debra Richtmeyer and J. Michael Holmes

Renowned University of Illinois Professor of Saxophone, Debra Richtmeyer, and Director of Marketing for Saxophones at Conn-Selmer, Inc., J. Michael Holmes, will lead The Illinois Summer Youth Music (ISYM) Saxophone Camp at the University of Illinois. Students will participate in private lessons, master classes, seminars, saxophone quartet, and saxophone large ensemble. Aspects of saxophone performance that will be covered include tone production, vibrato, articulation, reeds, intonation, practice techniques and equipment. The final concert will include performances by saxophone quartets and the saxophone large ensemble conducted by J.
