The University of South Carolina will host the Carolina Summer Music Conservatory (CSMC) featuring instruction on all wind and percussion instruments, strings and voice. The saxophone instructor is Clifford Leaman.
[B]The String week, "Beyond the Notes" is June 5-10, 2011
The Wind/Percussion/Vocal week, CSMC is June 19-25, 2011[/B]
Both weeks offer jazz instruction in addition to daily private lessons, chamber music coaching, masterclasses, etc.

The programs are open to all current high school students, including graduating seniors. The application deadline is May 1, 2011
