A customer asked about this piece which I also found listed in the Comprehensive Guide to the Saxophone Repertoire 1844-2003 by Jean-Marie Londeix. It says it is published by Carl Fischer but they couldn't find it in their system.
Can anyone provide some more details of this piece and confirm the publisher? (The customer had another spelling of the composer's name but I don't think he was sure about it.)

Unfortunately it looks like it is a solo that is out of print, or at least harder to find. I found one website that has it.

It looks like it was published in 1965, so it is an older piece in terms of finding it. I'm requesting it through my school's Interlibrary Loan program and as soon as I get it, I'll look it over and review it for you if that is what you are wanting.
