Orpheo Signature Baritone Saxophones

I currently use the Orpheo Signature Baritone Saxophone. It plays very wll for the most part. I do have to push in a lot to be in tune. Funny thing is that my Low C#, B, Bb and A has trouble responding at times. Is this common for Orpheo Signature Saxophones? Please let me know.
