Hello all,
My name is Dalen Wuest, and I am currently finishing my undergraduate in saxophone performance at Indiana-University, Purdue-University Fort Wayne. I am currently preparing a recital and am learning many standard pieces for the saxophone for it. My question is this: What is the current canon, or standard literature, for ungraduate saxophone students? I have done some study, but am curious as to what working teachers and players could add in order to grant a more current perspective.
