Retirement Celebration for UNT's James Riggs scheduled for Nov. 22, 2008
Prof. James Riggs will be honored for his 38 years of service to the
University of North Texas College of Music on Nov. 22, 2008 along with Neil
Slater, former Director of the One O'Clock Lab Band, who also retired after
the 2007-8 academic year. Information about the event is available at

Colleagues and former students who are interested in attending or in
contributing a photo or written statement for the program are invited to
