Singelee Concerto Op. 57 for Tenor Sax

I recently purchased the "Collection Claude Delangle" edition of music for Tenor Saxophone and Piano by J.B. Singelee, which includes the "Concerto, Op. 57." I have been trying to find out if this piece exists as an arrangement for tenor sax with band or orchestra, or if it is only for tenor and piano with a misleading name. I would appreciate hearing from anyone who knows, and if it is a true concerto, where the score and parts might be obtained. Thanks.
