Piazzolla - Histoire du Tango

Has anyone performed the soprano saxophone arrangement of this? In mm. 54-59 of the Night-Club 1960 movement there is a percussive part that I am not sure of what technique I would use other that to stomp my feet. Also in mm. 66-68 there are glissando's from low E to middle E with the word frullato above and legno below Does frullato mean to flutter tongue? I know legno would normally have something to do with hitting the wood of a violin so I am not sure of what technique I would use. Any advice on any technique for this piece in any of the movements would be appreciated
