Hello everyone. I need to know if Rosemary Lang will be attending the NASA conference at the University of Georgia, and selling her book - Beginning Studies in the Altissimo Register for Saxophone. Ms. Lang if you are going to be at the conference I would like to purchase your book. Just in-case Rosemary Lang is not present at the conference, is there another vendor who will be at the conference selling Ms. Lang`s book? Ms. Lang, or any vendor selling the book Beginning Studies in the Altissimo Register for Saxophone, if you could let me know where I can find you, I am interested in buying the book from you. Sincerely, Keith Gamble, Saxophonist Booking/Info: (313)330-0346 email website creativetradition.tripod.com "Gamble soaring on tenor sax like Sonny Rollins" Muskegon Chronicle

Ms. Lang will not be at the conference. However, it is my understanding the book will be available for purchase. If you want to obtain copies sooner it may be ordered through Hickey's Music. website

Keith, I don't know for certain if they'll have it with them, but both Hickeys Music and Jeanne Inc. will be selling printed music at the Biennial Conference. Northeastern (Roncorp) and Folio Music will also be there, but they'll be carrying only their own publications. There is a really good list of vendors for the conference, so I hope everybody brings their checkbooks..I know I am :-) Cliff Leaman

We also have the book

I have no idea if she will be there, but it is out there, especially the new edition of it. In fact, NASA made an announcement on their page a little while back about it. Hickeys

Hello again... As the individual who edited the new edition, I can confirm that copies will be available at the conference. Also, it is true that Rosemary Lang died in 1985. Look forward to seeing everyone in Athens! Gail PS. Gary, thank you for stocking the book!
