Bio:
Oswaldo D. Garza is a Junior at Stephen F. Austin State University pursuing a BA in Music 

performance under the tutelage of Dr. Nathan Nabb with additional studies under Dr. Frederick 

L. Hemke and Masato Kumoi. As a chamber musician, Oswaldo is the soprano chair in the 

Ethereal Saxophone Quartet, which has been featured in a masterclass setting with Dr. Frederick 

L. Hemke and Joseph Lulloff. The Ethereal Quartet has also won the concerto competition at 

Stephen F. Austin State University with Bolcoms Concerto Grosso and placed 2nd at the Texas 

Music Teachers National Association Competition (MTNA) in 2014.
