Claire Salli is a first year Master's student studying saxophone performance at Bowling Green State University with Dr John Sampen and currently serves as one of his graduate assistants. She received her undergraduate degree in music education from Stephen F Austin State University where she studied with Dr Nathan Nabb. Claire has already had a successful start to her career as an educator and performer. She has maintained a private lesson studio and has taught masterclasses across Texas, Michigan, and Ohio. She has preformed in several concerts for Bowling Green State University's New Music Festival and has also appeared as a guest soloist with the SFA Orchestra of the Pines. She has participated in masterclasses for artists such as Dr Frederick Hemke, Dr Christopher Creviston, the H2 Quartet, and the Oasis Quartet and has atteneded the Frederick Hemke Saxophone Institute and Great Plains Saxophone Workshop.
