Bio:

Lindsey O’Connor is the Saxophone Paraprofessional for Clark County School District, Woodwinds Coach for the Las Vegas Youth Orchestras, Adjunct Instructor of Music at the College of Southern Nevada, and Founding Executive Artistic Director of the Las Vegas Saxophone Day. She frequently serves as an adjudicator and clinician for the Nevada Music Educators Association, Nevada Music Teachers Association, and Southern Nevada Band Association. O’Connor is an active solo artist, soprano saxophonist of the Red Rock Saxophone Quartet, and has also performed in musical productions on the Las Vegas Strip including Evita, Guys and Dolls, and Jesus Christ Superstar. Prior to her appointments in Las Vegas, O'Connor was pursuing a D.M.A. Saxophone Performance at the University of Nebraska. She received a M.M. Saxophone Performance from the University of Nebraska and a B.M. Saxophone Performance from Michigan State University. O'Connor is a Vandoren Regional Artist and performs exclusively on Vandoren products. www.lynziioconnor.com
